Beginner's Workout Routine to kickstart your Metabolic Conditioning & tone your body. The reason why it's done with bodyweight is to encourage everyone to start moving their body anytime anywhere :)

- Perform 3-5 Rounds
- Complete one exercise after another with little to no rest in between
- Rest 60-90 seconds between rounds

1) Burpee (Work: 20 seconds)
2) Bear Crawl (Work: 40 seconds)
3) Push Up (Work: 20 seconds)
4) Alternating Side Plank (Work: 40 seconds)
5) Mountain Climber (Work: 20 seconds)
6) Lunges (Work: 40 seconds)
